Sun Capital Partners has completed a single-asset continuation vehicle for Anderson Global, a global corporate and fund services platform. Co-CEO Marc Leder discussed the deal, noting Anderson Global's LTM EBITDA grew from $7.8 million in March 2023 to $39.4 million by June 30. The CV gave Fund VIII LPs options to sell, roll value, or take cash, with sellers receiving full net asset value.

Anderson Global offers incorporation, registered agent, accounting, tax, and bookkeeping services across 15 offices in six countries. Leder expects mid-single-digit market growth. Separately, Bain Capital-backed MRO Holdings is set to come under AAR's control via a definitive agreement for a 65 percent interest at an implied enterprise value of $4 billion, representing 10.7x forecast 2026 adjusted EBITDA.

Greenbriar Equity Group also agreed to acquire Spectrum Control, a developer of engineered radio frequency components based in Fairview, Pennsylvania, from AEA Investors.
