Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Orgvue, a strategic workforce management software provider. This transaction marks Main's first platform investment in the UK. Headquartered in London with offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC, Orgvue supports large global enterprises in designing, planning, and optimizing their workforces through a cloud-based platform.

The company serves close to 200 global enterprise customers, including HM Government, Mars, Danone, and Aviva. The strategic workforce management software market is driven by the increasing need for continuous workforce planning at the enterprise level. Orgvue's next phase of growth will focus on accelerating product innovation, further expanding internationally, deepening enterprise penetration, and pursuing selective strategic add-on acquisitions to broaden product capabilities and widen international market reach.
