Blue Sea Capital has completed its acquisition of CompletePet from Align Capital Partners. CompletePet, formed in 2025 by merging Custom Veterinary Services and Green Mountain Animal, is an outsourced developer and manufacturer of pet wellness products based in Miami, with an additional facility in Milton, Vermont.

The pet wellness industry sits at the intersection of the humanization of pets and consumers' growing focus on health and wellness. Blue Sea Capital Vice President Christian Oberst stated the firm looks forward to supporting CompletePet as it continues to innovate on behalf of its brand partners in this fast-growing market.

CompletePet develops, formulates and manufactures soft chews, topical liquids and sprays, dental solutions, oils, powders and other custom formats. It partners with pet supplement brands to supply them to consumers. CEO Worth Turner and the CompletePet management team have reinvested and will continue to lead the business.
