Aspirity Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Onomondo, a Copenhagen-based IoT infrastructure and connectivity company, leading a combined investment of more than €100 million alongside EIFO, Denmark’s sovereign investment fund. The deal marks Aspirity’s first investment in the Nordic region and supports Onomondo’s international growth, technology development, and expansion of its global network, which includes access to nearly 700 networks and the world’s largest private LTE network at sea across over 450 Maersk vessels. In Asia, KKR has signed definitive agreements for a majority investment in Cisternina Logistics, a bulk liquid and gas storage and logistics business in India established in 2024, to fund acquisitions and infrastructure expansion.

EQT has agreed to sell Acuon Group, an independent financial platform in Korea, to a consortium led by Hanwha Life Insurance and Centroid Investment Partners. SIPA Day 2026 is set to return to New York on October 15, hosted by SIPA, part of PEI.
