Fort Point Capital-backed AMS Fulfillment has completed its acquisition of Vox Fulfillment, a Utah-based third-party omnichannel fulfillment provider serving health and wellness, beauty and cosmetics, apparel and consumer product brands. Vox Fulfillment, founded in 2018, operates more than 200,000 square feet of warehouse space in Provo, Utah, giving AMS a Mountain West hub to add to its existing national network. AMS’s facilities are located near major US ports and support both direct-to-consumer and retail distribution. The combination is expected to create new options for bi-coastal inventory placement, faster delivery and greater operational resilience, with Vox Fulfillment customers gaining access to enhanced reporting, inventory visibility and shipping optimization tools.

The acquisition extends AMS's footprint across the West Coast, Mountain West and East Coast, strengthening its position as a leading third-party fulfillment provider in the US market.
