Oppo has confirmed the global availability of the Find X10 Pro Max, one of the first smartphones to feature MediaTek's new Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. The device will launch in China on September 22, followed by a separate global release next month. The Pro Max model is listed with four storage configurations: 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB, though global pricing and availability remain unconfirmed.

The Dimensity 9600 Pro is MediaTek's first 2nm chip built on TSMC N2P, offering significant performance upgrades. It features a CPU up to 15% faster in multi-core tests and a GPU up to 27% faster than its predecessor. A standout efficiency improvement sees the CPU up to 61% more power-efficient in multi-core workloads. The chip utilizes two Arm C2-Ultra cores clocked at 4.55GHz. Oppo collaborated with MediaTek to introduce the Laminar Flow Engine, optimizing system responsiveness and power consumption.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the triple 200MP camera system, featuring an f/1.5 main sensor with 17 EV dynamic range. Other highlights include an 8,000mAh silicon-carbon battery and a display with remarkably thin 0.99mm bezels.
