iQOO is set to launch the iQOO Pad Ultra and iQOO 16 in China next week. The tablet features an 8.8-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness. It also has 2.65mm thin bezels and sub-1ms response times. The device includes a 30mm active cooling fan and a 12,118mm dual-layer VC heatsink for optimal thermal management.

Meanwhile, the iQOO 16 is confirmed to feature a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.3" sensor, a significant upgrade from the iQOO 15’s 1/1.56" sensor. This new sensor promises higher light intake, CIPA 5.5 professional-grade image stabilization, and support for 4K live images. Both devices are expected to debut with these enhanced specifications.
