Apple customers in the U.S. who purchased qualifying i Phone models between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, may submit claims for compensation over delayed Apple Intelligence features. Payments could range from $25 to $95 per device, depending on valid claims, but must be submitted by December 21, 2026.

Apple agreed to a $250 million settlement without admitting guilt. Eligible models include i Phone 15 Pro, i Phone 15 Pro Max, i Phone 16, i Phone 16e, i Phone 16 Plus, i Phone 16 Pro and i Phone 16 Pro Max. Claimants must prove they were the original purchaser and bought the device for personal or business use.

Eligible customers can visit Smartphone AISettlement.com, select File a Claim or Submit Your Claim, and provide personal or business details, the i Phone serial number and payment information. Personal payment options include Pay Pal, Venmo, ACH or check; business claims require ACH or check and a completed claim template. The serial number appears in Settings > General > About.
