Vivo unveiled the X500 Pro Max in Shanghai, China, alongside the standard X500 and X500 Pro models. The Pro Max features a 6.85-inch AMOLED panel (3168 x 1440) and a massive 8,000mAh battery — the largest in Vivo's lineup. Its camera system includes a 1/1.28-inch 50MP main sensor (Sony Lytia 910), a 200MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and a 50MP wide-angle module.

Powered by MediaTek's 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro platform, the device promises multi-day battery life. Vivo's Blue Image Dynamic Imaging Technology Stack integrates Sony, MediaTek, and ZEISS for gimbal-level stability. The Pro Max and Pro support 4K240 cinematic and 8K video via custom V3 and VS1 imaging chips.

All models run Origin OS 7 on Android 17. Pricing starts at CNY 6,999 ($1,045) for the Pro Max, with global launch timing and pricing unconfirmed.
