Sir David Beckham received a $51 million dividend from his commercial operations following a record-breaking year driven by World Cup partnerships. DRJB Holdings reported revenues of $110.5 million in 2025, a 20% increase from the previous year, with pre-tax profits reaching $65.7 million, up 46%. Beckham, who owns 45% of the company, appeared in over a dozen ad campaigns during the 2026 FIFA World Cup for brands such as Bank of America, McDonald’s, Verizon, and PepsiCo’s Lay’s. These were largely multiyear deals, underscoring efforts to build a sustainable brand business. A special dividend of $61.6 million was also paid during the World Cup year, bringing Beckham’s total share to approximately $51 million. Since retiring from football in 2013, Beckham has built a global brand empire, fronting campaigns in the US and expanding into fashion, eyewear, and media, including a Netflix documentary and a livestreamed show with Paramount+. He has also invested in businesses like IM8 and Bee Up.

DRJB Holdings, the holding company for Beckham’s brand ventures, includes DB Ventures Limited and Studio 99 Group, the production house behind his Netflix documentary. In 2022, Authentic Brands Group acquired a majority stake in DRJB Holdings for £200 million. Beckham’s stake is held through Footwork Productions, which also owns his investment in Inter Miami, the MLS club that opened its 26,700-seat stadium at Miami Freedom Park in April 2026.

Corey Salter, chief executive of entertainment at Authentic, highlighted the strong financial performance, noting continued growth expectations. Beckham’s commercial strategy focuses on long-term brand building rather than short-term endorsements, positioning him as a global lifestyle icon beyond football.
