Millennium Management is preparing to open its first office in Athens, bolstering the city's credentials as an emerging hedge fund hub after news that Chris Rokos is quitting the UK for Greece. Izzy Englander's multistrategy is in talks with Greek authorities about the new outpost and its potential staffing, people with knowledge of the plans said. Rahul Chopra, a London-based portfolio manager is among staff considering a move, the people said, asking not to identified as the plans are private.
