Polish anti‑drone firm Advanced Protection Systems (APS) is in early talks about possible strategic moves, including a sale, according to people familiar with the matter. Morgan Stanley has been hired as adviser and is contacting potential buyers, though no deal is guaranteed. APS says it regularly reviews options such as new investors, an IPO, partnerships, or a sale.

The company is a key player in Europe’s largest drone‑defence system, the "drone wall" on Poland’s eastern border, providing software, sensors, and radars to counter cheap but effective weapons used in Ukraine. APS expects 2024 earnings of €30–40 million and is led by CEO Maciej Klemm and COO Radosław Piesiewicz. Private equity Enterprise Investors holds a minority stake.

Meanwhile, Poland’s drone sector is booming, with WB Electronics SA preparing for a Warsaw IPO.
