In April 2026, The Equity Club, a club deal promoted by Mediobanca, subscribed a 50 million euro capital increase in Brexia Med, Care Hub's holding company. Quadrivio and The Equity Club are equal partners in QTEC, the vehicle that holds the majority of Care Hub and over which they share control. The founders, Gianluca Santoro, Alessandro Bartucci, and Valentina Rossi, remain shareholders and stay involved in management.
