Suvia Group, backed by Intera Partners, has acquired Auto Repair Group, marking the Finnish company's first expansion outside its home market. Headquartered in Heverlee, Auto Repair Group operates 14 workshops, employs over 450 people, and completes more than 45,000 repairs annually. The company is recognized for its expertise in electric vehicle and battery repairs, aluminium repairs, and ADAS calibration.

Revenue is projected to exceed €80 million in 2026 with a 10% EBITDA margin. The combined entity will comprise 80 workshops and approximately 1,100 employees across Finland and Belgium. Auto Repair Group will continue operating under its own name with its current management team intact.

Suvia Group, headquartered in Helsinki, comprises collision repair network In Car, damage inspection specialist Suomen Vahinkotarkastus SVT, and spare parts business Auto Body Parts. Intera Partners, a private equity firm focused on Finnish and Swedish growth companies, invested in Suvia earlier this year. The firm manages €585 million in capital across 14 portfolio companies employing over 6,000 staff.

This acquisition establishes Suvia as a pan-Nordic player in the vehicle damage services sector.
