The company delivers over 15 million gallons annually from 22 locations and serves production wells, pipelines, and disposal facilities. Monomoy managing director Matt Farrell stated the partnership will support geographic expansion and new product development, with CEO Kevin Black retaining significant ownership.
Meanwhile, Permira portfolio company Acuity Analytics has acquired Continuus, a US-based data consultancy specializing in financial services. Continuus assists asset managers and financial institutions with enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, and cloud data transformation. The acquisition supports Acuity’s focus on AI, digital, and data solutions. Acuity employs over 7,800 professionals across 28 locations and serves more than 850 organizations.
In a separate deal, Kian Capital Partners is acquiring Integrity Landscape, a commercial landscape services provider in the San Francisco Bay Area. The natural gas sector continues to draw investment, with Tailwater Capital’s Stephen Lipscomb citing growing demand for gas infrastructure driven by power generation and LNG capacity growth.
