Kian Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of Integrity Landscape, a commercial landscape services provider in the San Francisco Bay Area, for undisclosed terms. Founded in 2016 by Rich Bronstein, Integrity serves HOAs, multi-family communities, commercial offices and retail developments from five branches in Contra Costa, Alameda and Santa Clara counties. The business combines three brands: City Leaf, Medallion Landscape and Serpico Landscaping. It employs more than 385 people and offers recurring landscape maintenance and enhancement services.
Integrity is led by CEO Raitis Raisian. Bronstein will continue to support the business as an investor and board member alongside Kian. Kian plans to back Integrity’s expansion beyond the Bay Area into broader Northern California, Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. Integrity is also seeking acquisitions of exterior and interior commercial landscaping operators across the Western US.
"We have established a multi-year thematic focus on the commercial landscaping sector given the highly recurring revenue model and significant market fragmentation," said Kian principal David Hare. Kian is a lower-middle-market private investment firm with $1.1 billion of capital under management. It invests in founder- and owner-operated businesses in the essential services and value-added distribution sectors. CCG Advisors exclusively represented Integrity in the transaction.
