Apple has opened Apple Music Hall, a new 600-seat live venue at its UK headquarters in Battersea Power Station, London. Designed as an "intimate concert hall," the space features standing and seating configurations, a 38-foot-wide reconfigurable stage, and interior design cues from the historic power station including heritage brickwork and bronze balconies.

The venue boasts state-of-the-art technology including a 48-speaker Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos system, 16 camera mounting locations, and a full live streaming facility. Two dedicated recording and mix studios allow performances to be captured in multitrack Spatial Audio recordings, while a purpose-built broadcast control room supports high-quality video capture, including iPhone video infrastructure.

Apple's VP of Apple Music and International Content, Oliver Schusser, stated the venue represents an unprecedented commitment to artists and fans. The facility offers high-end dressing rooms with views over the complex's shopping and dining areas. Schusser emphasized the venue's value for smaller artists, providing a plug-and-play space for interviews, photography, live shows, global broadcasts, and high-quality recordings.
