Taking credit for things you didn't do, blaming everyone else for things you did do and calling people names who speak the truth about what you did, can only last so long. Trump has been using this strategy his entire life. It has worked for him because he has roving victims.

But he has been in the national spotlight for long enough, his errors have impacted so many, that his rhetorical campaigns of insults and accusations have fallen flat. They no longer work, Even the MAGA faithful are slipping away. They are losing blind faith in their hero.

It was their need for a hero which created Trump. And is their need for affordable groceries and gas which will undermine him. But the name calling will continue.

Trump can't stop. This is who he is.
