Fifth Ocean Capital and Tartan Investment Partners have made an undisclosed investment in Complete Production Resources (CPR), a live event production and equipment rental provider based in Orlando, Florida. Founded in 2010, CPR provides audio, lighting, video, staging, and backline services across the US, serving clients in corporate events, live entertainment, sporting events, cruise lines, universities, and theme parks. CEO and co-founder Kelly Greene will remain a significant shareholder and continue to lead the business.

The investors plan to support CPR's next phase of growth by investing in talent and technology, expanding geographic presence, broadening equipment inventory, and pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions. Denis Mc Evoy of Fifth Ocean stated that the shift toward experiential events remains a durable trend, and CPR has the client relationships and operational expertise to capitalize on this demand.
