Albaron Partners has completed the sale of Prime Psychiatry, a Texas-based provider of outpatient and interventional psychiatric services, to Beacon Behavioral Partners. Albaron partnered with Prime Psychiatry founder Dr. Efosa Airuehia in 2022 to grow the practice into a regional leader in psychiatric care, with locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin areas providing treatments including TMS and Spravato for children, adolescents, and adults.

As part of Beacon’s national behavioral health platform, Prime Psychiatry will expand its established Texas presence. "We've greatly valued our partnership with Dr. Airuehia in building Prime Psychiatry into what it is today," said Debo Adesina, partner at Albaron. "We believe that joining Beacon's platform will further accelerate Prime Psychiatry's ability to scale its clinical offerings to patients across Texas and beyond."

Beacon Behavioral Partners is a physician-driven organization that partners with independent psychiatric practices across the US, aiming to remove operational burdens while preserving clinical autonomy. Cozen O'Connor served as sell-side legal counsel and Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory as sell-side financial advisor. Albaron, founded in 2017, is an operationally focused, middle-market healthcare private equity firm currently investing out of its latest fund, a $185 million vehicle that closed in May 2026.
