The iPhone 18 Pro, set to be unveiled next month, will introduce significant upgrades over its predecessors. According to leaker Fixed Focus Digital, the Main camera will see a substantial redesign, with a more than 2mm increase in the aluminum alloy back panel, indicating an enlarged main camera module. Mark Gurman has also noted that the iPhone 18 Pro will feature "some of the biggest camera hardware upgrades in the lineup's history," including a potential variable aperture feature.

On the connectivity front, the iPhone 18 Pro is expected to transition to Apple's in-house C2 modem, replacing Qualcomm in its top-tier models. This shift promises improved battery efficiency, enhanced privacy features like "Limit Precise Location," and better reliability in challenging data environments.

Battery life is set to reach new heights, especially in the iPhone 18 Pro Max, which may include a roughly 10% larger physical battery. Combined with the new A20 Pro chip, this could deliver the best battery performance ever seen in an iPhone.

Design-wise, the iPhone 18 Pro will debut a Dark Cherry color option, marking Apple's first red shade on a Pro model. A smaller Dynamic Island, reportedly 35% smaller than the current version, will also make its debut.
