**Celtic** have reported a **£13.2m pre-tax profit** for the six months ending December, despite significant managerial upheaval and reduced revenue from missing the Champions League. The Scottish champions generated **£59.4m in revenue**, down nearly 29% from the previous year's interim figure of £83.5m, primarily due to their early exit from European competition.

After losing a play-off to Kairat Almaty, Celtic dropped into the Europa League, which contributed to the revenue decline. The club cycled through three managers during this period: Brendan Rodgers resigned in October, Wilfried Nancy was sacked after six defeats in eight games, and Martin O'Neill returned for the remainder of the season.
