Western Conference Finals
The Spurs advanced to the Finals with a 111-103 Game 7 victory over the Thunder, powered by Victor Wembanyama's 22 points and seven rebounds. Meanwhile, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander labeled his MVP season a failure after falling short of defending Oklahoma City's title, despite averaging 30.6 points per game this postseason. The 20-year-old Wembanyama's performance marks a historic achievement for San Antonio, while SGA's candid remarks underscore the weight of expectations following back-to-back MVP awards.
