NBA Player Milestones & Investigations

Mavericks rookie Cooper Flagg etched his name into the record books Friday, scoring 51 points in a 138-127 home defeat against the Orlando Magic, making him the youngest player ever to reach the 50-point threshold at just 19 years old. This individual scoring explosion contrasts sharply with administrative issues facing the Eastern Conference, as the NBA launched an inquiry into the Milwaukee Bucks' handling of superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, following reports that the forward stated he was being held out of the lineup despite feeling healthy, according to sources familiar with the matter.
