Welcome to Week 34 of new game releases, headlined by Mortal Shell II launching Thursday 20 August. This standalone sequel expands the 2020 ARPG with unrestricted combat, deeper weapon upgrades, and an interconnected open world designed to respect player time. Monday brings The Lantern of the Laughless Saint, a solo or co-op RPG inspired by Morrowind set on a remote island. Tuesday features The Sinking City 2, a third-person survival horror in 1920s Arkham with resource-lean gameplay and unnerving puzzles. Wednesday offers Hearth and Hamlet, a cozy incremental citybuilder in a magic-filled medieval pixel world.

Thursday adds Gallipoli, a WW1 FPS depicting historic beach landings on the Ottoman Fronts. Friday closes with Vholume, a movement-centric parkour adventure in a derelict Afro-Eurasian capital. Also launching: Stars Reach, Twisted Tower, Vapor World: Over The Mind, and Brigador Killers.
