Thermalright has launched the AXP120-X77 low-profile CPU cooler, available in standard and AXP120-X77 BLACK variants with an all-black finish. Derived from the AXP120-X77R series, the new cooler adopts a shorter design with a total height of 77 mm, including the fan. Unlike the X77R, which allowed its 120 mm fan to be installed either above or below the heatsink, the X77 only supports mounting the fan above the heatsink.

The cooler measures 133.5 x 122 x 77 mm and uses six 6 mm heat pipes connected to a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base. It is paired with Thermalright's TL-B12015 EX 120 mm slim fan, measuring just 15 mm thick. The fan achieves speeds up to 3150 RPM, with 83.61 CFM airflow and 3.4 mm H₂O static pressure, at a maximum noise of 37.07 d BA. It uses dual bearings and a 4-pin PWM connector.

The cooler supports Intel LGA115X, 1200, 1700, 1851, 2011, 2066, and AMD AM4, AM5 sockets. Thermalright backs the AXP120-X77 with a six-year warranty; pricing remains undisclosed.
