Crowbar Collective and Team17 have launched Rogue Point into Steam Early Access, marking the studio's first release since their acclaimed Black Mesa: Definitive Edition. The 1-4 player co-operative first-person shooter features dynamic campaigns across four locations including an airport, mall, office, and oil rig. Players can choose from six MERX classes with unique playstyles while mastering over 20 weapons and 40 tactical items.

Rogue Point builds on Crowbar Collective's reputation for polished shooters, offering evolving objectives and map layouts through its Parametric Design System. The game emphasizes teamwork with purpose-built mechanics that reinforce squad coordination. Players earn in-game cash to purchase weapons and gear, with rare items available through the Dead Drop system.

Launching with a 15% discount for two weeks, Rogue Point enters a competitive co-op shooter market. The Early Access release follows three playtest phases where community feedback helped shape the final product. With its pedigree from the Black Mesa developers and Team17's publishing expertise, Rogue Point aims to carve out its niche among established co-op shooters like Rainbow Six and Left 4 Dead.
