Barrie Ooi, Head of Razer's PC Gaming Division, emphasized the keyboard's performance-driven approach to modern work.

Built for sustained productivity, the Pro Type Ergo uses ultra-low-profile keys with sound-dampening layers for quiet operation. It includes five dedicated macro keys, a Command Dial, and AI Prompt Master for quick access to AI-powered actions like summarizing text or drafting emails. The keyboard comes pre-configured with workflow shortcuts for popular productivity and creative tools, with deeper customization available through Razer Synapse.

The keyboard supports 5-way multi-device connectivity via Razer HyperSpeed Wireless, Bluetooth, or USB-C, making it ideal for hybrid work environments. A rechargeable battery lasts up to three months on a single charge, and Chroma RGB backlighting provides per-zone illumination.
