In 2025, NVIDIA contributed NT$726.9 billion (US$23.2 billion) to TSMC's revenue, more than double its 2024 contribution. The dramatic increase isn't solely due to higher chip volumes, as advanced manufacturing nodes command premium pricing. NVIDIA's share of TSMC's total revenue jumped to 19 percent from 12 percent year-over-year, while Apple's share fell to 17 percent from 22 percent.

Apple, now 'Client B,' still generated substantial revenue at NT$645.1 billion (US$20.5 billion) for TSMC in 2025.
