MSI just launched the Maestro 500 Wireless, a headset designed to bridge the gap between office productivity and gaming. It targets users who switch between professional calls and entertainment. High-resolution 40 mm drivers handle the audio, supporting a frequency response that reaches up to 40 k Hz for detailed sound.

Noise management is a priority here, featuring Active Noise Cancellation and a Transparency mode for environmental awareness. Communication relies on a beamforming microphone with Environmental Noise Cancellation to isolate voices. A flip-to-mute mechanism allows users to mute their audio instantly by raising the mic, simplifying the experience during meetings or gaming sessions.

Connectivity options are broad, including Bluetooth 5.4, low-latency 2.4 GHz wireless, and a 3.5 mm wired port. Power is handled by a 1,000 m Ah battery providing 90 hours of playback. A fast-charge feature gives 6 hours of use from a 5-minute charge, while a foldable design improves portability.

Software support comes via Nahimic for 3D sound and custom tuning. This versatility allows the headset to work across PC, Mac, mobile devices, and consoles like the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation. It addresses the demand for a single device that handles work and play without requiring multiple hardware swaps.
