MSI has unveiled two new 27-inch 5K monitors designed for professionals and gamers demanding high pixel density and performance. The MAG 271KPD7 offers a 'Dual Mode' feature, allowing users to switch between a 5K resolution at 75 Hz for creative work and a 2K resolution at 300 Hz for gaming, featuring a Rapid IPS panel with 0.5 ms response time. The premium MPG 271KRAW16 upgrades this with a Mini-LED backlight, 2,304 zones, and Quantum Dot technology, achieving VESA DisplayHDR 1400.

It supports higher refresh rates of 5K at 165 Hz or 2K at 330 Hz. Both monitors include advanced connectivity like HDMI 2.1 and USB-C, with the premium model featuring DisplayPort 2.1. This launch targets the growing market for retina-level displays that don't compromise on speed.
