Lenovo Reports Record Earnings with AI Growth

Lenovo delivered record fourth quarter results with $21.6 billion in revenue, up 27% year-on-year. The tech giant's AI-related revenue grew 84% to account for 38% of total Q4 revenue. This performance marked the highest growth rate in five years, with adjusted net income doubling to $559 million.

For the full year, Lenovo achieved record revenue of $83.1 billion, with adjusted net income growing 42% to $2 billion. All business groups delivered double-digit growth, with AI-related revenue doubling to represent 33% of total revenue. The Infrastructure Solutions Group turned profitable with record quarterly revenue of $5.6 billion, up 37% year-on-year.

Lenovo maintained its #1 position in the global PC market with 24.4% share. Premium PC mix reached 50% with shipments up 29% year-on-year. The company declared a final dividend of 33.70 HK cents per share and CEO Yuanqing Yang expressed confidence in reaching $100 billion in revenue within two years.
