Lenovo announced it will be the official power behind the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris, France. Recognized as the largest esports event globally, the Esports Foundation (EF) has partnered with Lenovo to supply Legion gaming desktop PCs, monitors, and all necessary gear. Every athlete will use the Legion Tower 7i and Tower 5i desktops.

The event runs from July 6 to August 23, featuring about 200 teams and roughly 2,000 players competing across 24 games and 25 tournaments, with a record‑breaking prize pool of over $75 million. This year, players will also compete on Legion monitors, not just desktops.

Lenovo’s first involvement was in 2025, where more than 2,000 Legion machines powered the floor, broadcast booths, creator activations, and festival grounds. The Legion logo was visible on all 24 games, and the broadcast reached an estimated 750 million viewers worldwide.

At CES 2026, Lenovo unveiled the Legion Pro Rollable Concept—a gaming laptop with a 16‑inch rollable Pure Sight OLED screen that expands to 21.5 or 24 inches for on‑the‑go training. EWC attendees in Paris can try it out at the Legion booth.
