HP unveiled an AI‑driven collaboration suite at InfoComm 2026, built around its Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). The rollout bundles smart meeting rooms, device management and analytics to simplify deployment across distributed workforces. Executives said enterprises crave fewer tools and more intelligent, scalable solutions that link people, spaces and applications. Carles Farre, division president, emphasized that the platform reduces complexity for IT teams.

HP integrated Poly Lens and the former Vyopta analytics into WXP, delivering a single‑pane view of rooms, compute and print assets. The new Poly Studio 5 and 7 Room Compute, powered by Intel Core Ultra processors with built‑in NPUs, support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, pricing from $2,499 to $3,699. AI‑assisted video and multi‑camera switching aim to boost meeting quality, including color‑coded ports.

The ecosystem adds the Poly Focus 6 Bluetooth headset, offering 25 hours talk time, acoustic‑fence noise cancellation and a foldable design, retailing at $379.95 in July. A programmable Collaboration Keyboard made from up to 75 % recycled plastic arrives September for $59.99. HP positions the suite as a unified, sustainable work hub, giving IT a consolidated view to drive productivity.
