EIZO is entering the OLED market with its first ColorEdge series monitor, a 31.5-inch 4K display designed for professional HDR and SDR workflows. The panel offers a 3840 × 2160 resolution, 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio, and an anti-glare, low-reflection surface. EIZO addresses OLED's typical Auto Brightness Limiter behavior by implementing higher luminance thresholds to reduce unnecessary dimming and better preserve mid-tones.

Two dimming modes are available: Highlight Dimming, which targets bright areas, and Uniform Dimming, which adjusts brightness evenly across the screen. A blue LED indicator shows when luminance control is active. The monitor includes EIZO's built-in calibration sensor for automated color maintenance and a dedicated circuit to reduce color fringing on high-contrast edges, improving text clarity.

The display will debut at the NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas and MPTS 2026 in London, major industry events for media production and broadcast. While pricing and availability remain unannounced, EIZO's entry into the OLED market signals growing competition in professional monitor segments traditionally dominated by brands like Dell UltraSharp and BenQ PV series.
