Bowser's background includes a decade at Nintendo's Seattle headquarters and prior roles at Electronic Arts. This hire fuels speculation about Baldur's Gate 3 potentially coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. Fans note Larian Studios previously ported Divinity: Original Sin II to the original Switch, though BG3's technical demands are significantly higher, similar to its challenging Xbox Series S port.

Hasbro is already expanding its D&D gaming portfolio, recently partnering with Giant Skull studio for a new action-adventure title. With Bowser's video game industry expertise now on the board, the company may seek more development partnerships.
