Less than a month after facing repercussions from Valve for unauthorized use of intellectual property in a Portal-themed Steam Machine mod, accessory maker Dbrand has introduced a new line of Steam Machine skins. These skins aim to enhance the visual customization options for the Steam Machine beyond what Valve currently provides.

In total, there are 51 distinct skins available. The designs span Dbrand's signature styles, including the Swarm and Matrix patterns, alongside more distinctive options like X-Ray and the retro Terminal designs. The collection also features several glow-in-the-dark variants. Recognizing the diverse applications of the Steam Machine, Dbrand is offering a wide array of aesthetic choices.

The skins are offered in kits for either the faceplate only or for the entire device. Pricing varies by kit and color collection, with the Essential Kit (faceplate only) starting at $17.95 and the Deluxe Kit (full device) at $34.95. A bundle, the Everything Kit, includes a matching Steam Controller skin and is priced from $44.95.
