BenQ PD2732U 4K Monitor Hits $699 with 99% Adobe RGB

BenQ has launched its Creative Pro monitor portfolio with the PD2732U, a 27-inch 4K IPS display targeting graphic designers, photographers, and video editors. The panel covers 99% Adobe RGB and 99% DCI-P3 alongside 100% sRGB, and each unit ships factory-calibrated to an average Delta E below 2. Independent validation comes from Calman Verified and Pantone Validated status, the latter including Skin Tone certification — a combination that positions the monitor as a single reference display for print, web, and video pipelines.

Color consistency across the panel relies on BenQ's AQCOLOR framework, which applies corner-to-corner uniformity correction during manufacturing. The companion AQCOLOR Pilot software, arriving in early August, handles hardware calibration scheduling, while Display Color Talk synchronizes color across multiple screens. For Mac-centric studios, M-book Mode matches Apple's display output, iDevice Color Sync previews iPhone and iPad content, and iKeyboard Control lets Mac keyboards adjust brightness and volume directly.

Connectivity centers on Thunderbolt 4 with 90 W power delivery, smart KVM switching, and daisy-chain support for multi-monitor setups. A wireless Hotkey Puck provides tactile access to color modes and settings. The PD2732U is available for pre-order at $699 MSRP exclusively through B&H Photo, with a $50 discount when bundled with BenQ's Ergo Arm. General sales begin July 22 on B&H and BenQ.com, expanding to Amazon and retail partners September 1.

At this price, the PD2732U undercuts competing 27-inch 4K reference displays from Eizo and NEC by several hundred dollars while matching their color certifications. The Thunderbolt 4 hub and Mac-specific features make it a compelling all-in-one for creative pros who need print-grade Adobe RGB coverage without a five-figure budget.
