The 9950X3D is a 16‑core/32‑thread Socket AM5 desktop processor based on the "Zen 5" microarchitecture, and powered by 3D V‑Cache technology on one of its two 8‑core chiplets.

The 9950X3D2 Dual Edition features 3D V‑Cache on both its 8‑core chiplets.
