Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson, and Lydia Ko are among the first LPGA Tour players confirmed for the inaugural Women's TGL (WGTL) season, launching winter 2026-27. The tech-infused league, founded by TMRW Sports (Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy), mirrors the men's version with indoor match play at the Sofi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The LPGA Tour sees this as a vital new global stage. Commissioner Craig Kessler believes the team format and mic'd up players will showcase athlete personalities and performance. Jeeno Thitikul, the current world No. 1 and 2025 Rolex Player of the Year, joins Hull, Thompson, Ko, and Brooke Henderson in the first wave of signings.

Additional details, including more player commitments and team names, will be announced in the coming months. The league aims to replicate the success of the men's TGL, which launched its inaugural season in 2025. This move is designed to elevate the visibility and growth of women's golf through a fast-paced, innovative competition.
