England's Lottie Woad fired a seven-under-par 64 to seize the halfway lead at the Amundi Evian Championship. The 22-year-old, a two-time LPGA Tour winner since turning pro, is seeking her first major title and sits one shot ahead of overnight leader Aki Iwai.

Woad’s round included eight birdies against a single bogey at the 10th, followed by three consecutive birdies and a closing par-five. Meanwhile, world No. 1 Nelly Korda missed the cut, ending her bid for a career Grand Slam at this event. This marks Korda's first missed cut since June 2024.

Charley Hull remains in contention, sitting five shots back at six under par after a one-under 70. She is tied for fifth alongside Atthaya Thitikul, Nastasia Nadaud, and Miyu Yamashita. Mao Saigo and Haeran Ryu are tied for third at eight under. The tournament continues with live coverage on Sky Sports Golf.
