Luke Littler claimed his third Premier League Darts title in four weeks, defeating Michael van Gerwen 6-4 in a dramatic Berlin final. The 19-year-old fired a 106.36 average with four maximums and three ton-plus finishes, including two 'Big Fish' checkouts in the final legs to secure victory and lift him two points clear of Jonny Clayton at the top of the standings.

Littler's path to the final saw him overcome Stephen Bunting 6-3 and Gerwyn Price 6-4, extending his impressive record against the Welshman to 13 wins in their last 14 meetings. Van Gerwen had earned his place in the final by defeating Luke Humphries and Josh Rock, who claimed his first Premier League win by beating Clayton earlier in the night. The Dutchman pocketed £10,000 prize money and five points for his victory.

Price remains in third place in the standings ahead of Van Gerwen, while defending champion Humphries has dropped outside the play-off places at the halfway stage of the league phase. Littler, who received boos from sections of the Berlin crowd but showed no ill-effects, described the performance as "definitely the best I have played in a night" after his triumph at the Uber Arena.
