Jerry Kelly won the ISPS HANDA Senior Open at Gleneagles by two shots, claiming his third PGA Tour Champions major. The 59-year-old finished at 10 under after a final-round 68, making birdie at the last after escaping a greenside bunker.

Cameron Percy, who shared the 54-hole lead, carded an even-par 70 to share second with South Africa's Darren Fichardt and America's Matt Gogel. Gogel posted a closing seven-under 63 before being surpassed.

Scotland's Stephen Gallacher was the leading European in outright fifth at six under, signing for an eight-under 62 to claim the round of the day. The four-time DP World Tour winner went out in 30 with five birdies on his front nine, added gains at 10 and 11, bounced back from a bogey at 12 with a birdie at 13, and finished with another birdie.

The victory completes a spread of major champions this season: Stewart Cink won the first two, Padraig Harrington took the US Senior Open, and Zach Johnson claimed the Kaulig Companies Championship.
