Ferrari has moved Lewis Hamilton's race engineer Riccardo Adami to a new position within the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy. Hamilton's 2025 campaign was marked by struggles with an underperforming car and visible frustration over team radio communications with Adami. Ferrari stated Adami's extensive trackside experience will now contribute to developing future talent. A new race engineer for Hamilton's car will be announced later.
