Haas team principal Ayao Komatsu thanked Ocon for his contributions since 2025, praising his professionalism and commitment during a major regulation change. Despite speculation, Haas stated there would be no imminent news on his replacement, though reports link Brazilian Ferrari junior Rafael Camara to a potential seat alongside Bearman next season.

Ocon wrote on social media that he leaves "with my head held high" and emphasized that his departure is "absolutely not the end of my Formula 1 career." With just eight rounds remaining in the 2026 season, he may face a period without a race seat but remains focused on maximizing performance in the remaining races.
