The gelded son of New Bay cost 375,000 guineas as a yearling, and with his sibling having defeated Baaeed in the 2022 Champion Stakes, expectations are high. Stablemate Treble Bass, a half-brother to Lava Stream, also debuts in the same colours.

At Vichy, Saint Martin and Lady Mara clash in the Listed Prix Frédéric de Lagrange. Saint Martin arrives with three wins this season, while Lady Mara, ridden by Mickael Barzalona, placed fourth in the Group 2 Premio Oaks d'Italia. Unbeaten gelding Mazzala, a Frankel son trained by Yann Barberot, adds intrigue under Maxime Guyon.

The Gosdens' Sunshine Star returns at 7.50pm in the EBF Fillies' Handicap. Half-sister to Oaks winner Soul Sister, she bolted up at Lingfield in June after a narrow Sandown defeat to subsequent Musidora runner-up Felicitas. Capichera, a Pontefract winner, poses the main threat.

Elsewhere at Windsor, course specialists Arabica Queen, Theheatison, and eight-time winner Lequinto feature on the undercard, while El Lambo seeks redemption on firmer ground.
