Ethan Ryan's hat-trick powered Bradford Bulls to an 18-6 victory over Toulouse at Odsal Stadium, handing the French side their first defeat of the Betfred Super League season. The Bulls ended Toulouse's perfect start after they had won their opening two games against Wakefield and Castleford.

Rowan Milnes kicked the first points for Bradford after 11 minutes, but Toulouse responded through Anthony Marion's try just before halftime. The scores were level at 6-6 when Fijian winger Waqa Blake finished a sweeping passing move to dive over in the corner. Bradford regained momentum before halftime when Connor Wynne's break set up Ryan's first try in the left corner.

Ryan added two more tries after the break - first collecting a high kick from Milnes, then finishing off a brilliant pass from Caleb Aekins. Tempers flared in the 51st minute during a mass melee involving Joe Mellor and Brendan Hands, but Bradford held firm to secure their second win from three games since returning to the top division.
