Alycia Baumgardner has dismissed Caroline Dubois' callout, insisting the British fighter needs to build her legacy before a fight can happen. The American unified champion defends her WBA, WBO, and IBF super-featherweight titles against Bo Mi Re Shin this weekend on Sky Sports. Baumgardner, who became undisputed at 130lbs, told Sky Sports News that Dubois must 'put more skin in the game' before she'll consider the matchup.

Dubois recently unified the lightweight division by defeating Terri Harper but Baumgardner questioned her commitment, noting Dubois' interest in moving to welterweight. Most Valuable Promotions, co-founded by Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul, is steering Dubois toward cleaning up the lightweight division first. Bidarian suggested Dubois could face Stephanie Han in a title unification before pursuing Baumgardner, calling it 'an easy match-up' that would strengthen her position.

Meanwhile, Baumgardner could face WBC super-featherweight champion Caroline Veyre if she wins Saturday. Dmitry Salita, Veyre's promoter, expressed readiness to make that fight immediately, calling it 'the most meaningful and natural fight in the division.' Most Valuable Promotions continues building its women's boxing roster with 45+ fighters including 16 world champions, aiming to become the reference brand for the sport while focusing on young talent and audience engagement.
