Arsenal wrapped their 2024-25 campaign on top after a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Gabriel Jesus and Noni Madueke scored either side of half-time, giving the champions 85 points and a seven-point cushion over Manchester City, who lost to Aston Villa on the final day.

Max Dowman, aged 16 years and 144 days, started as the youngest player in Premier League history. Arsenal also set a corner record with 19 goals from corners this season. Jean-Philippe Mateta pulled one back for Palace but a disallowed Pino goal ensured the Gunners held on for their 26th win.

Attention now turns to Europe. Palace face Rayo Vallecano in the Conference League final on Wednesday, while Arsenal take on Paris Saint Germain in Saturday's Champions League final in Budapest. Merino returned from injury as a substitute, but Adam Wharton was forced off for Palace before their final.
