Arsenal are targeting Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Anthony Gordon as potential left-wing signings this summer, according to Sky Sports. The Premier League leaders are looking to strengthen their squad with top-quality players to improve their starting options, particularly on the left flank where Mikel Arteta and sporting director Andrea Berta have been focusing their recruitment efforts.

Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli, Arsenal's most frequently used left-wing players, have just one year remaining on their contracts. The club faces significant competition for Kvaratskhelia, who joined Paris Saint-Germain in January 2025 and has three years left on his contract. Newcastle are in a stronger position with Gordon, whose contract runs until 2030. Arsenal have also shown interest in Rodrygo of Real Madrid, though the Brazilian is sidelined with a serious knee injury.

Central midfield is another priority for Arsenal, with Sandro Tonali and Elliot Anderson among the players being monitored. The club is also considering options at full-back. However, Arsenal will need to sell players to fund these transfers, as they must raise money to afford the fees these targets would command despite PSR restrictions not currently being a concern.
